Kathryn Fletcher is a Doctoral Student in Biomedical Engineering at Binghamton
University and the Chief Executive Officer in H2 Innovations. She earned her bachelor’s degree in bioengineering from
Binghamton University in May 2008. As a member and officer in Catalysts for Intellectual
Capital 2020 (CIC2020), a student-led think tank, she helps maintain a focus

local community and Binghamton University. She also serves on the Student
Advisory Board of the College of Community and Public Affairs.
Last September, she hosted the first annual Binghamton Blowout Block
Party in Binghamton, to help familiarize students with the city. The event
brought more than 100 organizations and groups together and “attracted in
excess of 2,000 people to downtown Binghamton.”
“Called steadfast, exuberant and deserving,” while a senior, Fletcher created the
start-up BiziLife, Inc., playing a pivotal role in conceptualizing and prototyping
a wireless mobile technology. Fletcher and a partner have also established H2
Innovations, Inc., a start-up dedicated to enhancing community awareness. |
