Jessica Scofield is
an Engineering Leadership Development Program Manager at
Lockheed Martin Systems Integration.
Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Messiah
College, and earned her master of systems engineering degree from Cornell
University, attending class part time while working full time at Lockheed Martin.
She developed her strong personal commitment to helping others while in college,
when she made two service trips to Uganda, Africa, where she helped to build a small
vocational school. She is now heavily involved in service to her church, where she
teaches Sunday school to two-year-olds and, with her husband, leads the College and
Early Career Group that meets regularly for teachings, social events and service projects.
Called one of the “brightest rising stars within Lockheed Martin” by her supervisor,
Scofield has been selected as an on-campus recruiter for Lockheed Martin at Binghamton
and Cornell universities and currently oversees 11 high-potential engineers enrolled in
the firm’s Engineering Leadership Development Program. Her supervisor notes that “she
builds positive, effective relationships with others, energizes her team, delivers results,
and models the highest level of personal excellence, accountability and integrity.” |
