Ariana Zbrzezny
Ariana Zbrzezny is
December 2008 Graduate of Binghamton University and the
Director of Christian Education and Music Coordinator at West
Presbyterian Church.
A native of Binghamton who grew up on the West Side, Ariana Zbrzezny holds
dual bachelor’s degrees in music therapy and vocal performance from East Carolina
University. With a recently completed master’s of music in opera degree from
Binghamton University, she plans to continue performing and bringing music to others.
She is a certified music therapist and has worked to reach people through
music in Alzheimer’s units, pediatric playrooms, neonatal intensive care units,
a children’s home and with the Preparation for Adult Learning Success (PALS)
program at Broome-Tioga BOCES. She is currently director of Christian education
and music coordinator for the West Presbyterian Church in Binghamton, where
her nominators say “she is creative, positive and very directed, engaging
the youth and adults by her enthusiastic leadership and guidance.”
In love with singing and performing and with an obvious talent, Zbrzezny has been a
resident artist with Tri-Cities Opera, where she has advanced from small and supporting
lead roles to major roles, including in the recent production of Verdi’s Rigoletto. |
