Greater Binghamton leaders committed to a comprehensive economic assessment and development plan in September 2001 for Broome County New York and the Greater Binghamton area. Prepared by Angelou Economics, it outlined a comprehensive economic development action plan for the community on everything from branding and brownfield redevelopment to communications and marketing.
